Q: For how long will I be able to access my courses after purchase?

A: Between one and four courses purchased gives you 30 days access. Five or more courses purchased, you will have 90 days access.


Q: Will I receive a qualification on completion of a course

A: These course are all non Credit bearing, short courses with no associated qualifications. You will receive a certificate of completion upon course completion.


Q: Does these courses form part of larger Skills Programmes?

A: These Non Credit Bearing Short courses can be completed as short courses, in certain instances it may form part of an Learnership or Internship Programme, or serve as Notional Hours in a Skills Program. Contact for more information.


Q: What prior knowledge do I need before attempting a course?

A: Prior knowledge requirements will be indicated in the Course Description prior to purchase.


Q: What would I need to complete the training?

A: These are full eLearning Courses. It is recommended that you do have a laptop or desktop with access to the Internet. Speakers will contribute to a better experience in the case of audio courses. Always ensure that you are in a quiet environment to allow you to focus on the course content.


Q: Will an Instructor guide me through the course?

Q: What language are the training courses held in?

A: The Training courses are all delivered in English as Instruction medium.


Q: How do I resolve technical issues with my course?

Q: How soon will support related queries be resolved?

A: Dependent on the nature of the query, we endeavor to assist and resolve all concerns on the same day that the issue is logged. Our Support desk hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 16:00 PM South African Time.
